Plant at a Glance

Infrared drying. Solar-assisted tunnel. Powders, packing and traceability under one roof.

Our dehydration plant processes fresh produce into shelf-stable dried fruits, vegetables, aromatics and powders — from receiving and slicing through gentle drying to nitrogen-flushed, batch-coded packs.

Capacity figures are rated fresh-input per dryer loading. Dried yield and daily output vary by produce, slice thickness and target moisture — trial-batch production sheets are shared per product.

Infrared Dehydration Line

Gentle 40–50 °C infrared drying for colour, aroma and nutrients.

Two infrared cabinet dryers, each with ten individually controlled plates, dry sliced produce evenly at low temperature. Set-point temperature, timers and automatic cut-off give a repeatable profile for every product.

  • Even drying across 20 trays — no scorching, no hot spots
  • Individually switchable plates for small and large batches
  • Repeatable time / temperature profiles per product
  • Works alongside the solar tunnel as a hybrid line

Solar-assisted drying tunnel

A 12 ft × 10 ft tunnel on an MS square-pipe frame with 10 mm double-wall, UV-stabilised polycarbonate glazing. One ceiling fan and two DC fans keep air moving so produce dries evenly in a protected, insect-screened environment — a lower-energy path for robust fruits, vegetables and leaves, and a hybrid partner to the infrared line.

Preparation line

Produce is received, inspected, washed and drained, then sliced on the vegetable cutter to a consistent thickness. Uniform pieces dry evenly and give the clean, even colour that premium dried fruit and vegetable buyers expect.

Powder & granule line

Dried material moves to a double-stage MS pulveriser for size reduction into flakes, granules and fine powders. Sieve size and fineness are set per product, with product segregation between runs to manage allergen carry-over.

Packaging & traceability

Finished product is filled, nitrogen-flushed where the pack format benefits, sealed on a continuous band sealer and stamped with batch and date codes. Retail pouches and bulk bags leave the line lot-traceable from raw-material receipt to dispatch.

Processing Workflow

Ten steps. A quality checkpoint at every one.

Each lot is tracked from raw-material receipt to dispatch, so every pouch and bulk bag can be traced back to its batch.

Hygienic plant design

  • Wet preparation zoned apart from low-moisture post-drying and packing areas
  • One-directional material flow from receipt to dispatch
  • Food-contact stainless surfaces and dedicated cleaning points
  • Drainage in wet zones and pest barriers at every opening
  • Separate raw-material and finished-goods storage

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about the plant.

It is the fresh raw-material loading capacity across our two infrared dryer modules per cycle. Dried yield depends on the produce, slice thickness, target moisture and cycle time — we share trial-batch yield sheets for each product before you commit to volumes.
