Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India from our warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Every order is packed by hand to keep freshness locked in.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed and handed to our courier.

Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote pincodes / North-East: 6–10 business days

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
  • A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to prepaid orders below ₹500.
  • Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹40 handling fee.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking link. You can also view live status under Account → My Orders.

Undelivered or delayed orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability at delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-attempt. Re-shipping fees may apply for repeated attempts.
